As Xenos are essentially just wild animals, they cannot talk, they have no opinions, and act to survive. You cannot enter the city unless part of an event, though you may attack anyone that leaves the city. However, to ensure that players aren't absolutely discouraged to try and leave, don't immediately try to kill them. Though killing players is permitted, try your best to discourage them or scare them off.
