This was just for shits and giggles.
But perhaps it could add a little more humor into HL2RP as well as making it more interesting for the CP's.
Maybe you could add pissing in the streets as a level one violation?

Yeah I do. It wasn't really meant to be taken seriously but I suppose it would make for some humor, maybe if a Civie is caught pissing in the street, the metrocop has to beat him for a level 1 violation.
