RP example: There he stood in the center of the City, the plaza was filled to the brim with life as units and citizens could be seen moving around frequently, it was surprisingly calming to him. As if it was just a regular City from before the 7-hour war, although those were distant and faded memories to him, taking in a deep sigh as he shrugged a shoulder while sitting down on the park bench, a large roar emanated from the sky. The roar was followed by clouds forming around the City, rain washing down simply moments onto the city, most citizens were now running to shelter without the worry of Metropolitan Police units re-educating them. But Alex.. He just sat there, enjoying the rain as it dampened his dirt stained clothes and seemingly washed away some of the visible stress on his face, a broad smile appearing across his face as he giggled almost in excitement.

RP example of arresting a citizen and then the following punishment: The sounds of hurrying foot steps could be recognized almost a block away, the rumbling of gear giving away the Units position quite easily. On the catwalks of Sector 2, the fresh Unit was in pursuit of an vagrant attempting to escape from a breaking and entering, shouting out to the man in order to stop and turn himself over. Whilst in the middle of chasing after the man, the Unit reported in the situation with an exhausted breath, "Sector 2 is red, in pursuit of vagrant resisting arrest." Before continuing an attempt to apprehend the violator, finally reaching him into a dead end, the Unit pulled his stunstick from his utility belt and flicked a switch on the side as it sparked to life. "On the wall, citizen!" He shouted out, slowly approaching the man in order to ensure his personal safety incase the person was carrying a concealed weapon. Fortunately for him he wasn't and proceeded to face the wall with his hands behind his back in order to make a swift arrest, pulling a ziptie from his utility belt he deactivated his stunbaton, allowing it to hang off of his belt once again in order to focus on restraining the citizen. Successfully placing the restraints on the citizen, he began to pat down the citizen for any contraband on his body before finally coming to the conclusion the man was clean. Slowly escorting him to the proper area, he revealed his stunstick, extremely hesitant to actually punish a man to this severity, to strike a man 20 times with an electric baton was quite cruel no matter how terrible the crime. His heart began to race, nerves began to reach him as he began to from a cold sweat under his suit, revealing his stunstick and flicking it to the lowest setting. This was apart of the job, but he'd at least attempt to make the wounds minor and light strikes, it was agony for both sides of the stick.

Before Character backstory: Born in 1992 in Boppard, Germany Alex was raised as a single child by his loving parents in the town, working as medical physicians for a nearby hospital and leading a fairly average life. Nothing truly out of the ordinary ever happened to him as a child, only once the 7 hour war had ended did his life become a physical manifestation of odd, being brainwashed by the lovely Universal Union into becoming docile and living in fear of them. He found himself traveling City to City, but the one he spent the majority of his time in was City 45, often committing minor violations and receiving punishment for so. In order to prevent sub-citizen status, he'd often work physical labor and such to gain points and remain neutral, he even assisted the very few Civil Worker Union members in their endeavors to an extent.
Recently however, after pursuing a man into the City train station, he found himself being shipped off to a new City, alone and without his items. The establishments of his surroundings were surprisingly gloomy, but pleasant compared to former cities, finding a few friendly faces in the City to keep his spirits slightly up.

Why do you want to join the Union?: I wish to join Metropolitan Police Force in order to serve the Universal-Union in an attempt to further prove the worth of humanity to our benefactors, offering any amount of will-power, knowledge or prowess required to serve. While my skill sets are limited, I wish to better myself in order to help better others during my service, carrying out commanders in order to maintain civil order.
