The True Citizen's pamphlet

Greetings, citizen! The Union hopes that your day goes well, as well as any day to come! However, while the Union wishes you well, you must also be reminded of your responsibilities and duties. Remember them well and you will be the idol citizen for your peers to look up to.

Much like the police pre-Union, the MPF are here to protect you! Their duties are to arrest criminals, keep society civil, and enable for you to grow with your fellow civilians in the evolution of the human race. If you see one out on patrol, allow them to do their duty and stay out of their patrol path. Their time is valuable and even you feel it is your duty to salute or thank them, do so only if they clearly have the time to allow for the distraction. A True Citizen does not become a distraction for the MPF that protect them.

Do you see someone breaking a law with no officer around? Fret not! Simply report them to an on-duty unit and allow the officer to do their job. A True Citizen helps curtail crime, regardless if a reward is promised or not!

The human race is evolving under the careful eye of the Union. It is only fair we show how far we have come! Help fellow civilians with tasks, join the UW or UCN, and obey all laws. A True Citizen is the model for all others to look up to for guidance!
