As a scanner, you do not talk, though you use the radio to act as dispatch. You inform units of individuals that seem suspicious or are in a restricted area. Lying will cause the loss of your whitelist (anyone with access to direct control of a scanner is loyal).
Some scanners can actually be 'owned' (operated) by Torch units at a certain rank so attaining this whitelist may happen automatically.
Scanners have no emotions and do not attempt to be 'cute'. They aren't pets and cannot be domesticated.
Don't spam scanner sounds.
