Equals but opposites

For those that know me, this'll be recognized as a quickly done and poorly conceived idea with some sort of backstory that cannot be explained. I know it'll be stupid looking and not even canon, but Umbrella and I were fixing a few things in the UCN offices when I decided to play this speech over the G-Tube addon. I had a quick idea and thus this screenshot came to life. I hope you can find it at least somewhat entertaining, if not for at least the speech.
